Jom Masak : Kacang buncis korean style

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah 
moshi moshi


I miss thosside dishes made from Dubu Dubu Seoul. Green beans is one of them. Crunchy and tasty. Luckily semalam i found the recipe here racheerachheats.blogspot.com/2012/04/korean-style-green-bean-side-dish.html very simple & appetizing & less than 10 min done. :) Thanks~ 



 Ingredients:

green beans - water - sesame oil - garlic - salt - sugar - chili powder - sesame seed

Step-by-step:

  1. clean the green beans, put in boil water, 1 min is max, take out and pour cold water.
  2. heat up the pan, add sesame oil, garlic, previous green beans - stir-fry
  3. add salt, sugar, chili powder, sesame seed to taste
  4. ready to bserved
